A bit late for my 8am appointment due to road closures and detours but Kameron greeted me with a smile and professionalism. After a thorough check with Jeff’s assistance, I was told that my car had many issues that caused me to get the “DRIVETRAIN WARNING." Kameron inquired as to what my intentions were for my car. I informed him that I hope to drive it for at least another year. He suggested that I allow him to see if the less pricy repair would solve the problem. After working on it for more than three hours and was not able to resolve the issues. He informed me of what the testing indicated and the costs associated with the repairs. He was empathetic as he knew the repairs were more than I was willing to pay. The car has high mileage and it seems more practical for me to trade it in toward something else. He understood my situation, apologized that he was not able to give me a better outcome. He was compassionate and offered not to charge me for the service I received. This was unexpected but I appreciated his kindness. I am not a customer with longevity/history with Babbitt. When I had an emergency will traveling and needed to find a shop, my research lead me to Babbitt. Their reviews were impressive. Integrity and honesty are paramount in business and I found it there then and again today. Presently, I am not sure what I’m going to do about my transportation but if I will always be a loyal customer of Babbitt. They have earned my trust and support. I know my review is long, but, I think it’s important that I share my experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Babbitt Motor Werks. The staff was extremely polite and friendly from the moment I walked in. They took the time to clearly explain everything and made me feel welcome throughout the process. The inspection and maintenance were completed quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.

Serious BMW expertise available in this shop. They do first class work and if your serious about keeping your BMW in great condition, this is the shop to use. The shop supervisor, Riley, and the service advisor Brad know just about every nuance of all the BMW models. Never upselling. They can provide you the benefit of a ton of BMW experience. And most of these gentlemen drive BMWs. Highly recommended. Have been taking my past E46 and current F10 here for 10 years. Never disappointed.

Outstanding Service Since 2024! I’ve been using Babbitt Motor Works on Scottsdale Road in Tempe since 2024, and I can confidently say they are phenomenal. Cameryn and his staff are honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. They’ll tell you exactly what needs to be done now and what can wait just straightforward advice. They work on all types of vehicles, but if you have a BMW or any foreign car, Cameryn is the guy to go to. I trust them completely and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend this shop!

My 335xi was in need of a checkup and I found Babbit MW based on their reviews and proximity. Setting up an appointment was very easy and drop off was very smooth. In addition to the quick turn around, I appreciated the proactive communication from Jen - making sure I was up to date with the latest information regarding my vehicle. I ended up getting some additional maintenance done per their recommendation. I highly recommend Babbit for servicing your BMW - quick, responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced!
