Jen and Cameron were friendly, accommodating, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The technicians are clearly knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and address my concerns efficiently both times. Pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of expertise and service provided. Overall, I highly recommend Babbitt Motor Werks and will definitely be returning for any future service needs.

I had a repair I needed completed ASAP. The dealer had an absolutely ridiculous rate to complete this repair. I called in the morning and Babbitt squeeze me in that day at a fair price and when I picked up the car, it was washed as well. Very happy with their service thank you.

Babbit is the best shop around for professional work with quick turn around times. They are very transparent and always put the customer first. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work done to their bmw for the most fair prices and speedy repairs.

Got an oil change, had an appointment for 8am and was called at 11am stating it was ready. Shop was very clean and front desk was very friendly! Definitely will be coming back for more maintenance needs!

They solved the problem quickly. The next day I realized an emblem fell off the car due to age and asked them if they had seen it on the floor in the shop. They answered promptly and actually ordered a replacement free of charge. That detail made an already good service that much better. Highly recommend!
