We bought a used BMW, took it to Babbit. Had them do an inspection on it. They’re very upfront honest with everything they diagnosed was followed up with an email on what the repairs needed to be done. Babbitt Motor Works is one of the best shops I have dealt with in years.

I took my 430i in for the first time recently and they definitely lived up to all the great reviews! It was super easy to schedule an appointment and they got my diagnostic done quickly. The quote I received was a much easier pill to swallow than the one I got from the dealership. One thing I really appreciated is that they were very honest about the priority level of each repair. They suggested I get 2 of my tires replaced before anything else, which they don’t offer at their shop, so that made me feel confident that they weren’t just out to get my money. I got my tires replaced and came back a couple weeks later to get the other 2 issues fixed. They communicated thoroughly and made the process easy. I will be back :)
