My wife and I brought in her 2002 325ci into the North Scottsdale location after another independent shop neglected to finish the stated repair of the instrument cluster module and stated we would need to bring the car back for further diagnosis and repair (seatbelt and airbag alert remained lit). We regret not bringing the car in originally but it was because of a logistical issue we didn’t bring the car in to Babbitt Motor Werks. Despite not having an appointment, Danny made accommodations and squeezed us in. Technician Nathan performed diagnostics of the instrument cluster module and found the issue was a missing fuse. We appreciate Babbitt Motor Werks for taking care of our issue and returning the car in 100% working order. This type of honest customer service is why Babbitt Motor Werks is our go-to service shop for the BMW.

I have been a client with BABBIT (BMW) Motor Werks for the last 20 years.. Dr. Nate, Jen, and the BABBIT BMW Crew have been the only establishment I would ever go to when the vehicle tells you .. “GET the car serviced.” Aside from the fact that Nate treats all Beemer owners like family .. BABBIT does not charge you 3 times as much for the same repair that you would get when your warranty expires with Chapman.. Aside from several other reasons BABBIT is #1 over Chapman … . Therefore… when you purchase a Beemer at Chapman and the warranty expires, it is in your best interest as well as your wallet’s.. to contact BABBIT at one of his 3 locations .. (Nate) is such a genuine, hard working, great professional certified BMW mechanic that will make sure your Beemer is taken care of and serviced 100%.. at 1/3 of the price Chapman would charge ..Aside from all the nonsense you have to go through just to get a date and time for your car to be serviced .. as well as a loaner.. 5G later at Chapman .. Just trust me.. I know b/c I’ve had my Beemers serviced at Chapman sitting in the waiting room in Scottsdale having to listen to all the nonsensical demands .. which I don’t have to elaborate on.. I think you understand.. I have had Nate service 5 Beemers I purchased from 27 to 47 yrs old and will 100% go to get my car serviced at BABBIT for the forever future .. That’s how solid I feel about BABBIT.

I cannot say enough good things about Babbit!! They are extremely knowledgeable, great pricing, and they go above and beyond! One of my tires went completely flat when I had repairs going on (my 328i needed a lot of TLC!) and they took it to Discount Tires and picked it up for me so all I had to was call the tire shop to pay for it. I was also quite impressed by how quickly and affordable the work was done. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic!

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOPS. I brought my X3 BMW with a 'transfer case' issue. Gears are grinding the car to a stop. After I paid $1851.34 the car still has the issue. Summary: The service guy, who I will call Mr Know It ALL (Kameron) will not listen to what you have to say. He started to diagnose for $165 out the door, and he also requested the complete payment of $1851.34 before they even started the work, I agreed to half as they started and half at the end. My other mistake, not to test-drive before I paid the second half of the 'made up quote' all false diagnostics-that never fixed the problem at all. This shop diagnostic was that a 'water pump' was needed, a thermostat and expansion cap. Old parts were brought into for show in the lobby, but I never saw the delivery person bring any NEW parts to be installed, I virtually waited all day in their tiny lobby with not even a glass of water offered, after being there until 6pm when they finally deliver the car, to my surprise, after 5min driving while on the 202 West, the car STILL has the same problem. I just wasted $1851.34 that only If I take them to small claims court would I be able to recoup. This folks are complete scammers, do not trust them, do not do business with them EVER again. Folks with this reputation should be incarcerated. I am not kidding with the statement that I am pulling my resources and filing a claim in court. There is an old Chinese proverb, the fool never believes there could be a smarter-person in the room, or a person that knows more, there will always be someone that knows more than you do mister. Humility is accepting that fact, with honor and respect. And stop taking advantage of people at their most sensible phases in life. Now I see why their lobby, was empty ALL DAY, only one person came in to ask for some parts that were delivered in an Amazon type box. They are hurting from lack of business SO BAD, and this is PROOF why.

Your BMW was towed in for overheating, and we repaired the failed water pump. After that, additional issues including misfire and transfer case faults were identified. We recognize you are in a difficult situation living in your car, and we made every effort to help within one day. Unfortunately, the vehicle has multiple unrelated problems, and it is misleading to suggest that a single repair would resolve them all.
