One of the tension cables that pull the headliner back on my convertible had snapped and the other was badly frayed. I called a number of places and Cam at the N Scottsdale Rd location knew exactly what I was talking about over the phone and able to provide a reasonable estimate over the phone. The team was very professional, really know their stuff when it comes to BMWs and were able to complete the work quickly (2 hours - it would have taken me 5) and under the estimate quoted. I checked the completed repair and the quality of the work is excellent. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I brought my 2016 M4 in for an aftermarket exhaust install. I understood that fitment might not be perfect and appreciated the shop setting that expectation upfront. However, what I received back was unacceptable and borderline unsafe. The exhaust was leaking in multiple areas, the gaskets between the primary and secondary cats were completely missing and hadn’t been transferred over, and the bolts supporting the midsection were loose and barely holding. The exhaust was physically touching in at least five spots, and the tips weren’t even close to aligning correctly. On top of that, I was charged extra labor beyond the original quote. The install was so poor that I had to take the entire system down and reinstall it myself just to make the car safe and drivable. It’s disappointing that a shop with such a good reputation would let a vehicle leave in that condition. While they may be fine for basic maintenance, I wouldn’t trust them with any specialized or performance work again. Poor fitment is one thing, lazy, careless work is another. Reply to comment- I understand the part was purchased used and didn’t come in branded packaging. That said, basic standards of mechanical workmanship should still apply. Missing gaskets, loose bolts, and multiple leaks aren’t fitment issues, they’re competency issues, especially on a modern day M car. I’m not a trained technician, yet I was able to reinstall the system myself with a cleaner and safer result. I would’ve appreciated being told the gaskets weren’t reused or that the system wasn’t properly secured. Instead, the car was returned in an unsafe and clearly unfinished condition, without any communication about the problems. I chose your shop based on its strong reputation and reviews. Had I known you weren’t comfortable or experienced with installing used parts, I would have taken the car elsewhere. I hope you'll consider making this right.

Troy, Unfortunately it was a used facebook marketplace part and we did the best that we could with the part provided. It did not come in a box, or with instructions or branding. We readjusted it 3 different times. I am sorry it did not work out to either of our expectations. We typically do not install used parts for this very reason.

I've taken my 328i to Babbitt's for right at 10 years. Never disappointed! Brad is a joy to engage with and the service has left me pleased every time. I'm not very good at organizing. But they have been able to keep me on target to get the legendary reliability, longevity and performance of that e90 engine. As well as the comfort in that ride.

Ive been going to Babbitt since I moved to Arizona in 2021 and each visit has been consistently great. Customer service is beyond and prices are fair. They’re so efficient. I recently went in for a routine oil and filter change and they discovered a coolant leak which would have been terrible to find out later while on the road. I’m grateful they found and fixed the issue that same day. I also needed a new tire due to a puncture. Jen was so helpful with next steps. After getting new rear tires from a tire shop, I had Babbitt align the car. To my dismay, the car was still driving horribly (but not at the fault of Babbitt what so ever). Babbitt kindly had us come back to help diagnose this issue finding out the tire shop put the wrong type of tire on my car. Jen kindly referred us to the tire location they use and it got all straightened out. Car is driving great now! Hopefully we don’t have to be back for a while. Our drive is 30 mins each way on the highway but Babbitt is definitely worth the drive. Moral of the story… Jen, Kameron, and the techs are so great each time and more! And their customer service does not go unnoticed. I am so appreciative for everything they do and am forever a loyal customer as long as I have a BMW. Thank you for everything as always. Highly recommend!
