We have taken our vehicles to Babbitt Motor for years. They are professional and personable. They keep us updated on the work being done. They have reasonable pricing. We tried a different company, but not satisfied with the customer service. Babbitt Motor Werks is a great company!

I conveniently requested an appointment online. They quickly confirmed and were very accommodating. They were friendly and helpful on the day of the service. Their estimate was explained clearly and the work was completed on time resolving all the issues. I have used them several times before and have always been pleased. I’ll definitely use them again!

These guys know what they’re doing and super honest! My 335i with 200k+ died (literally lost all the power/electrical) while passing through Scottdale. Guys at Bobbitt, got it up identified the issue and got it up and raining within an hour. Loved the customer service, great and fun team!

Obviously wasn’t thrilled that I had to take my BMW to get worked on as we all know what type of bill to expect to pay. However, I was glad I took it to Babbitt. Cameron was the one I worked with throughout the process and he was great. He was very straight forward about what I needed to get done right away and even made recommendations on what to start with first to try and diagnose the issue without having to fix everything at once. In the end I did elect to have everything fixed. In a world where we as consumers have many options to go to for services, customer retention is important. I can say that Babbitt made me comfortable, they earned my trust, and my car runs like it did when I first bought it. Hopefully I never have any major issues with my car in the future, but if I do because of the experience I had I will be bringing it to Babbitt. Thank you Cameron and the techs that worked on my car. Babbitt Motor Werks have cared for my 2014 BMW 535d M Model since I’ve owned it. Always courteous and personable. They go through the car at each visit apprising me of what repairs may be urgent, important or merely potentially needed down the road. I find them very trustworthy.
