Made my appointment online and got confirmation quickly. It had been a long time since my car had been serviced, so I asked for a thorough evaluation. I got that and more, including the regular service (oil change, sparkplugs, etc.) that I needed. Work was completed sooner than projected, and the mechanical evaluation included recommendations on services immediately needed and those I could defer. I feel confident in following the shop's advice and feel that I saved money over the same services performed by a BMW dealer. This is the second time I've brought my car to Babbitt and will not hesitate to return for my next service.

This was my first visit to Babbitt Motor Werks, and it won't be my last. I felt very confident in their assessment of my vehicle and the work they performed. I didn't even think to ask, but they told me that there was a warranty on the work - that's not usually something offered up when you're picking up your vehicle. I fully trust this shop and look forward to them taking care of my Mini for years to come!

They were able to get the car diagnosed and repaired in the same day. Very honest and decent price. Quick/responsive professional communication. I appreciate they let you know what needs to be fixed and don't push you to things that don't need to be fixed.

Took my 340i xDrive in for a suspension overhaul, was quoted a very competitive price for the work and they were super supportive. I installed new BILSTEIN b12 kit, vac front monoball control arms, and sway bar end links. Babbitt motor werks did a fantastic and quick job on my car, now my car handles like a true ultimate driving machine, cannot recommend them more, amazing mechanics and awesome results. Would definitely get all my service done thru them if I don't live in Prescott.
