5 stars. But ONLY because there’s no option to give more. I experienced a very non-standard introduction to this team of professionals, and am incredibly happy that fate allowed me to cross paths. Every interaction was genuine, honest, and informative for this modern German vehicle noob. Never did I feel like I was being talked-down to despite my relative ignorance concerning all things BMW. Not once did anyone at Babbitt Motor Werks seem like they didn’t have time for even the most insignificant question regarding my maintenance expectations. If you’re a consumer who values the ability to trust the individuals working on your car, then I am confident your search for a top-notch, go-to team is over!
