Awesome service! Owning a BMW (2012 650I M-Sport) you have to be very particular and discerned as to who works on it. I waited a week before writing this review as this was my first repair with Babbitt Motor Werks and I am happy to report my 650I is running like new! Babbitt will have my business on all of my BMW needs going forward (only wish they serviced Porsche and Maserati as well lol).

The boys always take care if my repairs in a timely and professional manner. I have give Brad a hard time since he is always the barrer of bad news,. Riley manages to find and fix the problems on the first try. Now as for Jen, I think I have managed to finance her last few vacations. The Babbitt crew has treated me right for the last 12 plus years. If they can deal with me, for that many years, they must be doing something right

Brad has good manners and makes you feel safe with the car . Explains what is wrong with the car and is timely. Tries to accommodate with schedule. Marvin did a great job .
