The guys have done a great job on three different occasions. From a water pump, timing chain, guides and head gasket to filling up Freon on two different cars. Friendly, keeping me up to date and no issues after the fact.

Babbitt is the go to BMW repair spot in Scottsdale. Jen and the men there know BMWs and make accurate judgements/estimates for repairs. They come with my highest recommendation.

I first took my 2016 Mini (fairly low miles) to Babbitt' North Scottsdale location in January for an old change -service for that was amazing! Come end of March I had the check engine light come on, and in making an appointment discovered there was a location much closer to me in North Tempe/South Scottsdale, thanks to Jen owner extraordinary... I feel that I was given honest information, again by Jen, given the issue was related to emissions and could be any number of things. I loved the way the information was related and feel great about the steps taken and part replaced! This type of service is what keeps people coming back, myself included!

I have never been to any mechanic shop as honest and straightforward as Babbit Motor! I spoke with Kameron, he was patient, kind and even tolerated the redundancy of all my questions. Almost to the point of asking me to consider potential money I could be spending on a vehicle saying I should consider this car may not be my best option. Once again I have never had a mechanic or shop warn me of potential costs because their main concern was to be fair. I was extremely impressed and I highly recommend this shop.
