My 335xi was in need of a checkup and I found Babbit MW based on their reviews and proximity. Setting up an appointment was very easy and drop off was very smooth. In addition to the quick turn around, I appreciated the proactive communication from Jen - making sure I was up to date with the latest information regarding my vehicle. I’ve been going to Babbitt Motor Werks for over 15 years and they’ve always delivered excellent service. Jen Babbitt at the Scottsdale Rd location is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. They use OEM parts, their prices are way better than the dealership, and the quality is top-notch. Just had motor mount inserts replaced on my daughter’s 2016 i3—Babbitt’s price was nearly 30% less than the dealer for the same job. Highly recommend!

The guys have done a great job on three different occasions. From a water pump, timing chain, guides and head gasket to filling up Freon on two different cars. Friendly, keeping me up to date and no issues after the fact.
