I came here to change my rear brakes on my 2017 440i and I was extremely impressed by how quick it was. Kameron was extremely nice and was generous enough to give me a discount. It was quick and everything works well! I totally recommend these guys.

Helpful and friendly, they were able to get us in for a last-minute diagnostic checkup for our hybrid Mini Countryman before a move out of state. They didn’t nickel and dime us and were very honest, as they told us bluntly that we didn’t need anything done, when the previous place we went to said that we needed all sorts of repairs. They were upfront that we were fine to complete our move (which they proved to be totally right about) and they didn’t try to upsell or swindle us; because of that I’d definitely recommended them to anyone who needs work done on their Beemer or Mini.

My daughter's BMW had a transmission malfunction message and was obviously not working correctly. I left the car at Babbit's on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning they were on it. They charge a diagnostic fee which at the last BMW place I had gone to (in Tucson, about a different issue sometime ago) was a waste of money. Babbit's really did some work for their fee and ruled out some possible issues. In the end they referred me to a compident transmission shop. Finding a honest transmission shop alone was probably worth their fee. Jenny, who answered the phone at Babbit's was both cheerful and knowledgeable. How refreshing.

Any true Mini owner knows that the Mini comes first. I named my 2002 Mini Cooper S Alice. My son's Mini is Whinny. His best friend's Mini Cooper S is Anderson. Get it? Yeah. I found Babbitt Moror Werks when my regular shop lost their Certified Mini Master Mechanic. Babbitt has a Mini Master at each of their locations. I took Alice in one morning and picked her up at noon the next afternoon. Upon arrival, it sounded like Alice's guts were falling out. A day later, after replacing the Harmonic Balancer, the drive belt and the belt tensioner, Alice hummed down the street. The repair cost was reasonable, and I look forward to scheduling Alice for several more issues after 22 years of driving.

Excellent customer service from appt booking until completion. Got my car in quickly and out same day. Great and fair pricing. Highly recommend Babbitt for all your BMW needs. Why pay double at dealership when u can get prompt great service at a great price at Babbit!
