This was my 2nd service with Babbitt since I purchased my first BMW about 2 years ago. Both times Babbitt was timely, honest, friendly and extremely fair in cost compared to some other big name mechanics. I am so relieved to have found my long term mechanic home for my vehicle. I know if I need to take it in for anything , I am going to receive professional and trustworthy service . Thanks Babbitt!

Needed a few repairs done to my 2012 BMW, and an internet search led me to Babbitt Auto Werks. Not only did they have great reviews, it was a substantial savings over the dealer estimate, with a better warranty. The shop was thorough and vehicle was done by the date promised. The employees were a joy to work with. They kept me informed thru the entire process and were extremely friendly and personable. I will definitely use Babbitt again, and highly recommend them!

I’ve used Babbitt several times now for my bmw 5 series and Jen and Cameron are both great. They’re extremely knowledgeable and specialized and never push me to spend money on items that don’t need to be done. BMWs are known for maintenance items and Babbitt has figured out problems that other mechanics couldn’t figure out. They are highly recommended.

Great service and a friendly staff

Made my appointment online and got confirmation quickly. It had been a long time since my car had been serviced, so I asked for a thorough evaluation. I got that and more, including the regular service (oil change, sparkplugs, etc.) that I needed. Work was completed sooner than projected, and the mechanical evaluation included recommendations on services immediately needed and those I could defer. I feel confident in following the shop's advice and feel that I saved money over the same services performed by a BMW dealer. This is the second time I've brought my car to Babbitt and will not hesitate to return for my next service.
