Very efficient, very affordable and very courteous
Amazing customer service, never too busy to explain, thorough and friendly and a true A+ service for over 2 years now....
Thank you, Ryan, we are thrilled to be able to provide A+ service!!
I found Babbitt when I moved from Monterey back to AZ 6 years ago. I had had a trusted BMW mechanic in Monterey and was hoping for the same in AZ and I found it. I have complete trust in Jen the owner and Cameron who works on my car. Cameron has inspected two vehicles prior to my purchasing them as well. Trustworthy, competent and fair-priced. I’ve recommended them friends who now go to them and are also happy customers.
Thank you for the review, Jody!
Thank you, Jeremy!
Quick check in and oil service. Very pleased.
Thank you, Robert, happy to be of service!
Amazing work, communication and customer service! Only take my BMW to Brad and team! They are very open, honest and knowledgeable and advise what’s best for your vehicle.
Great people to work with, and ket you know all you need and dont need
Jen and Cam have been helping me with my BMW for 6 years. They came through a friends recommendation and have always given me competitive pricing on fixing my car and have been honest with what absolutely needs to get fixed and what I can afford to hold off on. Will be a client as long as my car lives!

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
