Have been taking my 2002 Mini Cooper to Babbitt's for a couple of years now. They have always provided excellent service. Prices are fair and they never do work or charge me for something I don't need. Had my car in there today and Brad took care of me. Great customer service. Highly recommend them. Used to always take my car to the Mini dealer but after going to Babbitt's for a second opinion about an expensive repair, they checked out my problem and fixed it. The dealer's diagnosis was wrong and was literally 20 times more expensive that what I paid Babbitt's.

Yet again great service and honest pricing! Brad is a great replacement for Dane. Very friendly and great at providing details on what the issues are. The dealership again quoted all for brakes for my 2002 325ci were needed when Babbitt Motor Werks actually took the time to inspect all 4 and told me only the fronts were needed. Dropped it off at 830 am and they were done by 1pm. Also they drove me to work. What another great service they offer. Thanks guys Tara D

Every time I take my cars to Babbitt I am always IMPRESSED by the Professional treatment. I am always kept up to date on the repairs.The best part is how they don't just "throw parts" and guess what the problem is, these guys are BMW Factory trained. Keep up the Great Work!!

When it comes to cars, especially foreign cars, it's nearly impossible to find someone you can trust. I've been to two of the three locations in town and every time I'm treated with respect and honesty. Owning a BMW is an expensive choice once your warranty runs out, so having a shop like this is comforting. I won't EVER take my car back to the local dealership for that reason. Great job fellas, keep up the good work!!

I took my 2008 335i to Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe for rear brake pads, rotors and a brake fluid flush. Babbitt was much cheaper than what the dealer had quoted me for the work. Brad at the front desk was very helpful and the final price was what he had quoted me over the phone the week prior. Work was done while I waited in the lobby, free Wi-Fi let me work while my car was being repaired. This was my first time there but I will definitely go back.

Have been going to this shop for a couple of years now. They always explain things to me carefully. If something doesn't need to be done right now, they tell me about it. I always get the feeling they know what they're doing and are honest with me. When I go in and the problem turns out to be minor, like this morning, they routinely give me back my keys with no charge! As long as I am the owner of a BMW I will be going to this shop.

These guys always take care of my 2002 E46 with 190k. Brad is friendly and let's you know details of any problems they find vs the dealership just throw numbers at you. I have been going here for 4 years and recommend them to all BMW owners. This last time I went there for brakes and they told me all the wear on both front and back and did not try to sell me on 4 brakes when only 2 were needed. MilesI did notice this last time that my antifreeze or washer fluid was not topped up, but I specifically didn't ask for it so maybe that is the reason. Great job guysPaul BTara D
