I came all the way from Tucson to have Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe work on my M3's convertible top lid, and my options in Tucson were limited to the BMW dealer. Brad was very helpful on the phone setting this up, and I had a pleasant wait in the customer lounge while they replaced my lid motor at a much more reasonable cost than the dealer's estimate. I saved hundreds. They also checked out some other issues and let me know what to keep in mind for the future without a hard sell to do something now. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism, and will definitely consider making the trip from Tucson again, because quality shops like this you can trust are hard to find.

Brad and the team (Riley) always take care of me and the needs of my vehicle. I NEVER feel pressured or taken advantage of. They always are upfront and straight forward with me even going as far as prioritizing the work I need to have done. I would and have highly recommended other BMW owners to seek out Babbit Tempe whenever they need to service their BMW that is out of warranty.

As always, my recent experience with Babbitt Motors was a good one. These guys are honest, fair and good at what they do. Brad is an excellent communicator. I've been using Babbitt for at least four years now, and I always know what to expect.

I had a leak caused by a windshield installer, this was discovered by the Babbitt technician Zac and Cameron was instrumental in assisting me with the warranty issues from the windshield company.
