I love Babbitt Motor Werks, I have been a client of theirs for over 10 years. Nate always gives me more that I ask for in making sure that my car is performing well. Once, he even came out to the shopping center I was broken down at and gave me a jump, and then finished up with replacing the battery! Jenn runs a tight ship and I get top notch service from them! I would highly recommend!

I LOVE Babbit! These guys have completely dispelled the myth that care and maintenance of a luxury vehicle has to be overwhelmingly time consuming and expensive. Brad and crew took great care of my fully loaded '08 X5 4.8 sport. It is my baby and they know it. I trust them completely and suggest them emphatically. This shop knows how to do business and keep customers happy. If you have a luxury vehicle Babbit is the place to be for personalized care. They take the time to get to know their customers and care that they make a difference in the life of your vehicle ... educating you along the way as well. This place makes you feel part of the BMW family, not the dealership.

Fast, friendly, courteous service and their diagnostics are very thorough. Much less expensive than any BMW dealer shop would be which is a huge plus. If you own a Beemer or a Mini do yourself big a favor the next time your vehicle needs attention and go to one of their 3 shops to have the work done. I am absolutely certain that if you do you will never, ever take your car back to the dealer for any service.

Don't ever pay the dealer until you have let Babbitt look at it. Period!

The service performed on my 97 BMW 740il was excellent! Brad carefully explained what was necessary and optional on my car. Once we aligned on what I wanted, he kept me informed of the progress. This level of service is outstanding. I will continue to bring my car back to Babbitt for future repairs. I have also recommended Babbitt to another friend of mine that has a 328. He also was treated with the same high standards.
