I have a 2004 BMW 325i the car was my moms car but she passed away so it needed some work and this place is amazing! BMW is about customer satisfaction and Brad is the best ,very multi-task , and great customer satisfaction . Brad and his team are honest I am the happiest person knowing that I have a place to take my moms car to get service because Chapman bmw is the worst thanks Brad and your team for fixing my moms car

Brad was awesome! Went in for an oil change on my 2017 mini cooper. It was my first time going to Babbitt and they gained a life long customer! No nonsense. I was pleasantly surprised with my experienced. I will never go back to the mini dealer again! I cannot recommend this place enough :)
