This shop will now be my regular shop. It’s very professional, quick and reassuring. Brad was an awesome guy to talk to and part of the reason I’m coming back. They completed an oil change, inspection (for free) and washed my car (for free) in under an hour for the same price I used to pay JUST for an oil change at all the other places I’ve been to. With the inspection they didn’t try to rip me off, which is the first. They did print out a paper with a list of things to be aware of in the far future but told me it’s not an issue now and not to act on it. This is real service and genuine. They now have another regular.

Just moved back to Phoenix and needed to find a place to get an oil change on my BMW. I chose Babbitt Motor Works as they were reasonably lose to my home and feel like I made the choice on the first try. Upon a complete vehicle inspection while they were changing the oil, they found every issue that I was already aware of but were not really visual to the casual observer. They quoted me on fixes for them and explained the risks in detail. Thank you for being so thorough and knowledgeable without a pressurized sales pitch. 😁. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
