They are the best, top notch, stellar team in resolving any issue to your satisfaction! Brad is extremely knowledgeable and he explains everything with clarity about the source, process and repairs needed, immediately and identify problem areas to look out for in the future depending on your cars condition and mileage. I highly recommend them to BMW owners coming off dealership warranties!

I had an excellent experience with Babbitt. They were professional, friendly, and communicated clearly. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and fixed it for significantly less than the quote I received from one of the competing independent BMW shops in the area. It's been a few weeks since the repair and I've had no issues with the car. I highly recommend Babbitt and plan to continue to use them for any future repairs.

If you own a BMW this is where you need to take it. They will explain everything IN DETAIL and only work on BMWs. They take care of all the insurance paperwork in advance. Super friendly and seem to have a low overhead so you get good value. I later found out that my son takes his car there too, and believe me, he does his research!!
