Honest, fair and affordable! Three things that often are not found in a sentence together these days. Brad is amazing and always provides a fair quote with no fluff, and the work done is always done right. Owning a BMW is frustrating at times but Babbitt is a trusted place to go for work and service.

This review is specifically for the Tempe location off Kyrene. I own a highly modified BMW F80 M3. I have always been highly selective on who I let handle my car, and I am sure my fellow car enthusiasts can understand why (and likely share the same sentiment). With that being said, I had the misfortune of having to bring my car in due to significant suspension damage from an impact. Brad, the GM of that location, got my car in the next day, and I had a quote in hand. He routinely kept me updated regarding the status of my car, which put my mind at ease, and helped to cultivate trust. Brandon, the technician, was in constant communication with Brad. Brad was then relaying any information, findings, suggestions, concerns, etc., from Brandon to me. Brandon exemplified attention to detail, care, and respect for my vehicle as if it was his own. I can fully attest that the workmanship is exceptional. To end, Brad seems to have a deep understanding of the anxiety that some of us may have as car enthusiasts when our prized possession is out of our hands and in the hands of another. I can't stress enough how relieving it was to be updated on a routine basis by Brad. I think its important to note that I did not ask for him to update me. I think he just knows from experience how it can be, and I am certainly grateful for the communications. I highly recommend these guys to anyone considering them. They are phenomenal.
