Brad is very honest when it comes time to know what's wrong with your car and what it will cost

My M4 was out of warranty, and after some research, I decided to take my car to Babbitt. BMW service is crazy expensive, but worthwhile. They were extremely professional, and took great care of my car, at a fraction of the price of the dealership. They have several BMW certified techs, so I didn't have much worry about who was taking care of business. I needed regular service, including an oil change, and some other normal maintenance. They explained everything that needed to be done, and some things they said could wait without issue until my next service, so they weren't trying to upsell me on services that weren't needed at the time. Not to mention, they gave her a good wash! I've definitely found my new place to take my car to, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has a BMW or Mini.

We've used them several times now that our car is out of warranty; dealer prices just too high, and I don't like paying the higher prices to cover a lavish dealership lobby with free snacks. Personable service, direct and prompt communication, and I don't get the "I'm talking down to you because you're a woman" vibe, which I appreciate.

We had a wonderful experience at Babbitt Motors, Brad stayed in contact with us about our car the whole time. I definitely recommend them to any BMW owner and I will definitely be taking my BMW 650i Grande Coupe back for all my servicing needs! Thanks Babbitt so glad we found you!
