As a Senior Citizen woman, fear of being taken advantage of often sets in. However, this was certainly not the case at Babbitt. Their honesty, professionalism, patience, integrity; and explaining and keeping me abreast as to what repairs I needed to have done were truly outstanding! I feel incredibly fortunate that my son recommended this company.

I never take my 335i anywhere else. Always as promised and very reasonable rates.

Engine mounts needed to be replaced. Car idles very smooth with no vibrations. Windshield washer was repaired and it now works great. Great place to get my car serviced. Their prices are fair with great service. Thanks Babbitt

My M4 was out of warranty, and after some research, I decided to take my car to Babbitt. BMW service is crazy expensive, but worthwhile. They were extremely professional, and took great care of my car, at a fraction of the price of the dealership. They have several BMW certified techs, so I didn't have much worry about who was taking care of business. I needed regular service, including an oil change, and some other normal maintenance. They explained everything that needed to be done, and some things they said could wait without issue until my next service, so they weren't trying to upsell me on services that weren't needed at the time. Not to mention, they gave her a good wash! I've definitely found my new place to take my car to, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has a BMW or Mini.

We've used them several times now that our car is out of warranty; dealer prices just too high, and I don't like paying the higher prices to cover a lavish dealership lobby with free snacks. Personable service, direct and prompt communication, and I don't get the "I'm talking down to you because you're a woman" vibe, which I appreciate.
