13 years ago one of my coworkers referred me to a little family owned shop that was known for their quality work on BMW’s. To my surprise they were more than half the cost of my current Chapman bmw dealership cost I have been taking my bmws to them ever since- from my 3series to my 650’s . I fully trust them and their recommendations and the money they have saved me I’ve gone on plenty of vaca’s to Cali! Now they have opened a new shop in north Scottsdale and I’m so happy I don have to drive to mesa ... however it was always worth the drive! The other day I pulled up to a guy on the side of camelback who had his bmw hood open (it was like a 2005) but I rolled down my window and said you gotta take it to BABBIT lol. That my friend is customer retention and dedication. And only because of the effort and customer service and amazing work these guys have done on my cars for years! Save yourself some dough and time..!Don’t hesitate - this is THE BEST PLACE to take your BMW old or new

These guys really know what they're doing! I appreciate the thorough analysis prior to doing any work to make sure they really know what the problems are (my cars never have a single issue...). They give options and earnestly try to save me money. Their communication is great as they keep me posted throughout so I know what's going on and have a good idea of when the work will be done.

everybody was very attentive and listened to my concern. I also appreciated return of my phone calls in a timely manner. I feel safe driving the car and that I have a center that I can take it to for proper service.

You can trust these guys!!! I was having electrical issues and a malfunctioning A/C when I brought my BMW in last month and expected to spend thousands. They could have charged me and I wouldn't have even known it was only a poorly installed battery and an A/C fan that was recalled and free to fix by BMW. $60 and a trip to BMW was all I had to do after being helped by these guys.
