Amazing customer service, and the repairs they do are very thorough. Car is ready exactly when they say it will be. I've been there with two different BMW's, and will go back again when needed. I won't be taking my car any place else! They are very trustworthy. They never try and add on anything you don't need. Very nice change from other places.

I am beyond jaded and skeptical when it comes to repair shops and the upsell tactics I've experienced through the years, but not here at all.
