Danny is the best service manager I've worked with through ownership of numerous BMWs. My new struts make the car ride and perform like new! Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place to go for BMW service. Great ownership and staff that really know what they're doing. Work is done quickly, professionally and at a nice savings over the dealership.

I have a 2002 Z3 with 122k miles. I have been babying it since I bought it in 2006. I have been taking my car to Babbitt's since they've been in Mesa. I highly trust their mechanics for any maintenance and car issues. Eric (back then) and now Danny have excellent customer service and personable. Plus, their quote is always spot on and reasonable. Highly recommend Babbitt's.

Babbitt Motor Werks was recommended to me by a friend. I scheduled an appointment because I was acquiring a pre-owned vehicle and wanted to get it checked out. They checked it out, and gave me a complete overview of everything you would want to know about a car. As it turns out, my research paid off and I had a good car on my hands. They gave me the thumbs up and recommended moving forward with my purchase. I was so confident in their review of the car, that I asked them to go ahead and complete my 1st oil change and filter. Great service, definitely recommend!

Yesterday morning, I got in my car and immediately knew something wasn't right...and about 30 seconds later, the check engine light came on, confirming those fears. I was going to take my car to the dealership (which is what I normally do), but I could tell I wasn't going to make it the 25 miles. I know that BMW's are finicky, and that not just any repair shop will do; I'm also very particular about making sure my car is well taken care of. I looked up BMW repair shops in my area, and found nothing but glowing reviews for Babbitt North Scottsdale. I called the shop, and Danny told me he could get my car in right away. Not more than four hours later, it was ready to go, with new ignition coils for a very reasonable price (which was what I suspected was wrong), and not a single, outrageous service upsell like they try to do at the dealership. My car had even been run though a quick wash, which was immensely appreciated after the storms we'd had the last week. These guys are awesome, and I would not hesitate to bring my car here again.
