Very impressed with this shop, from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and friendly customer service from Danny. I brought my BMW 328i in for an oil change and a lamp indicator light on- 40 minutes later I was paid and out the door!! Honest and efficient- Thank you Babbitt Motor Werks!

I used to take my BMW to their other locations until neither my home or office were close by. I was ecstatic to find out that they had a new location closer to my home. No one eve likes taking their car to the shop, but if I have to take it anywhere it is to Babbitt Motorwerks. From day one, they have always had my (and my cars) best interest in mind. Everyone I have dealt with at all of their locations have been friendly and professional. If you have a BMW there is no reason to take your car anywhere else for service.

I'm impressed! Small and cozy atmosphere from the moment I walk in! Danny is professional, knowledgeable and courteous and explains everything. Honest about my cars diagnosis and only had to do an oil change and replace a fog light bulb. Highly recommend this shop and I will be a return customer for all my BMW serving. I have tried 3 other repair shops for my mini and all of them fell below average, but when I found this place I was so relieved. They are amazing! Great employees, they get the job done for a reasonable price, and my car has never been better. Would definitely recommend!

Zac and crew at Babbitt Motor Werks are the only mechanics that will ever touch my BMWs! Zac literally built my 135i with all the bolt-on and tuning modifications. They are specialists in being a factory trained repair center, but they can help you with modifications to your BMW as well. If you have questions about various modifications they'll give you their experienced answers, and will not just give you an answer according to a review. I feel extremely blessed that I have found an extremely honest, fairly priced, and factory trained BMW specialists that perform absolute immaculate work on your BMW/Mini. Danny is a fantastic shop manager and was nice enough to allow me to pick the brain of Zac concerning N54 modifications, what problems they have, and recommended maintenance to keep my 135i running perfectly. And, because of the expertise of Zac's work, my BMW 135i is running like a perfectly tuned machine! I also especially appreciate Zac's patience in answering all of my various questions. Again, no one except for Babbitt Motor Werks will ever perform service, maintenance, and repairs on my BMW. Brought my car in once again and Zac worked his magic installing my Koni struts and Eibach springs, new wheels and tires, plus an alignment. Zac also told me about recommended maintenance now and in the future. I'm very thankful that I have a go to guy who is knowledgeable (he's a genius) and extremely honest for all my BMW needs!
