Babbitt has been servicing my 2012 328i for the past 5 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. The quality of service and honesty of staff is second to none. --Update 6/10 - I wanted to leave another review but it would only let me edit my previous review. My "baby" needed a few repairs and once again I couldn't be happier with the service. Amazing.

Best shop in town, absolute must for any BMW owner. Been a customer for ten years and three different BMWs. Refuse to take my car anywhere but a Babbitt shop. Thanks, guys!

All around great service !!

Babbitt corrected A/C issues that confused even the excellent dealer service department instead of replacing expensive subsystems. They found and offered a battery upgrade after having already already ordered and receiving the standard start-stop replacement part, offering me the option to wait an hour to get a 20% higher capacity one for the same price. They are competent, honest and seem to always look out for my best interest rather than jumping to an immediate repair.

Superior workmanship. Invaluable advice both before and after service. 45 days since repair and no problems. This is my new shop!

I have found my service location for my BMW i3. The dealership service locations are expensive and Babbit has reasonable prices and good service
