I have been more than satisfied with the service provided by Babbitt! They are honest and they do fantastic work!! They only do the service you need at the time and don't come up with a list of other things they want you to do. If a service can wait they will honestly tell you and try to save you time and money. I wouldn't take my BMW any where else!

There's a reason I'll only bring my BMW 750iL to Babbitt Motor Werks, they're the best! Their concept of service is second to none and I know that I can always trust them to advise me and not take advantage. Nathan and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and take great care to get the job done right the first time, every time. I've been a costumer for about 8 years and I'll be one as long as I own a BMW. Shouts out to Jen for her infectious smile, and to Cam and Danny for always making sure you feel welcome whenever you come in.

Took my 328i in because of a ticking noise and paranoia, and they took care of me. Very patient with all my silly questions and kept me from getting nervous. Yeah this is my first car, so everything is pretty new to me. Turns out there was much more than I had thought but they worked with my warranty company and (even though they took forever to approve the work) they got it ready for me so I could have over the weekend. Honest and awesome shop. I love this place and will continue taking my car here.

I love this shop! Love it! I discovered them years ago when I got a quote from BMW of North Scottsdale and wanted a second quote. Babbit's price fr the same work was literally half that of the dealership! Babbit saved me $900! Great service, bargain prices for this part of the country. Don't be a dummy by going to a dealership for repairs or service. This week I brought a used BMW to Babbit to have them provide a objective evaluation of it. I am so glad I did. The Carfax reports of the car said it had not been in an accident but they found evidence that it had been in multiple accidents. They found all sorts of issues in the car I'm so glad I brought it there it was well worth the hundred dollars they charge for the service. Had I not brought it to them, I would've been stuck with at least $4000 worth of repair bills for the car. I totally trust these guys! Eric was great.
