There's a reason I'll only bring my BMW 750iL to Babbitt Motor Werks, they're the best! Their concept of service is second to none and I know that I can always trust them to advise me and not take advantage. Nathan and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and take great care to get the job done right the first time, every time. I've been a costumer for about 8 years and I'll be one as long as I own a BMW. Shouts out to Jen for her infectious smile, and to Cam and Danny for always making sure you feel welcome whenever you come in.

Took my 328i in because of a ticking noise and paranoia, and they took care of me. Very patient with all my silly questions and kept me from getting nervous. Yeah this is my first car, so everything is pretty new to me. Turns out there was much more than I had thought but they worked with my warranty company and (even though they took forever to approve the work) they got it ready for me so I could have over the weekend. Honest and awesome shop. I love this place and will continue taking my car here.

I love this shop! Love it! I discovered them years ago when I got a quote from BMW of North Scottsdale and wanted a second quote. Babbit's price fr the same work was literally half that of the dealership! Babbit saved me $900! Great service, bargain prices for this part of the country. Don't be a dummy by going to a dealership for repairs or service. This week I brought a used BMW to Babbit to have them provide a objective evaluation of it. I am so glad I did. The Carfax reports of the car said it had not been in an accident but they found evidence that it had been in multiple accidents. They found all sorts of issues in the car I'm so glad I brought it there it was well worth the hundred dollars they charge for the service. Had I not brought it to them, I would've been stuck with at least $4000 worth of repair bills for the car. I totally trust these guys! Eric was great.

Awesome shop without a doubt, friendly and very informative. I drove 40 minutes because of all of the positive reviews, and I'm happy I did. Thank you Jennifer and Jeff, and a special thank you too the mechanic who did the work. I didn't catch his name but he went out of his way to answer questions for me.

2008: Quality work. Hard to find a repair shop you can trust and this is one of the best. If you have a BMW, this is the place to go for repair and service. UPDATE: 2015. Still feel the same way.......this is the place I trust to work on my '92 325iC.

I brought my car in with radiator problems without an appointment. They informed me that they work by appointment only but considering the shape of my vehicle, squeezed it in that day. I received a call from them later in the afternoon. They were able to replace a simple fixture, and did it at no charge. They couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem permanently, but I was satisfied that their work offered a temporary solution. They didn't proceed to inform me of any further issues. I'm thankful for their superior service.

These guys are amazing!I had a couple of issues with my Mini Cooper Countryman S and not only are they honest and straightforward, but they truly did an amazing job with my car. They are easy-going and really helped me out. Eric helped me to understand the issue with my car (flubs done by another mechanic shop), and even better - they had my car out the same day. I feel very confident in recommending them. They are truly stand up guys. So happy to find a great mechanic that is honest and doesn't try to take advantage. Thanks Babbitt!

By far the BEST shop anywhere! Had my Mini in for diagnostic and "2nd opinion".. They diagnosed the problem correctly.. Less than half the cost as the dealership and had me up and running in 2 days! Awesome, amazing, super customer service and great talent! Will not take my car anywhere else!
