No problem with there work but thought they were high on their price after calling afterwards to others who specialize in German cars. However I was swayed by all the great reviews. I was looking forward to having a clean car when I went to pick it up. Unfortunately what I got was a dirty and dusty,hot car. It appears it was parked in the lot most of the day and no one even thought to pull the attached sunshade or crack a window. If you know the Arizona sun then you know I could hardly sit in the vehicle. Not trying to sway you one way or the other, just telling the facts. Anyway that was my first and last experience with them.
Phillip, I appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. I know you had asked about using aftermarket parts instead of Genuine BMW and that is where the price difference comes in to play. Please remember that we are BMW shops only and have a BMW Master technician, this takes about 7 years to achieve, at each of our 3 locations. This means that your car will get worked on by highly educated technicians, they know BMWs better than generalized mechanics, your vehicle will get diagnosed correctly the first time, and if we can perform a repair instead replacing a part we will do that first. Unfortunately, your car was washed on the day it was completed, but sat out the next day until you picked it up. We typically do not touch sunshades since they are a very fragile item; as well as windows, window regulators are another picky component and we do not roll windows down unless specified by a customer.
