Awesome shop without a doubt, friendly and very informative. I drove 40 minutes because of all of the positive reviews, and I'm happy I did. Thank you Jennifer and Jeff, and a special thank you too the mechanic who did the work. I didn't catch his name but he went out of his way to answer questions for me.

2008: Quality work. Hard to find a repair shop you can trust and this is one of the best. If you have a BMW, this is the place to go for repair and service. UPDATE: 2015. Still feel the same way.......this is the place I trust to work on my '92 325iC.

I brought my car in with radiator problems without an appointment. They informed me that they work by appointment only but considering the shape of my vehicle, squeezed it in that day. I received a call from them later in the afternoon. They were able to replace a simple fixture, and did it at no charge. They couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem permanently, but I was satisfied that their work offered a temporary solution. They didn't proceed to inform me of any further issues. I'm thankful for their superior service.

These guys are amazing!I had a couple of issues with my Mini Cooper Countryman S and not only are they honest and straightforward, but they truly did an amazing job with my car. They are easy-going and really helped me out. Eric helped me to understand the issue with my car (flubs done by another mechanic shop), and even better - they had my car out the same day. By far the BEST shop anywhere! Had my Mini in for diagnostic and "2nd opinion".. They diagnosed the problem correctly.. Less than half the cost as the dealership and had me up and running in 2 days! Awesome, amazing, super customer service and great talent! Will not take my car anywhere else!

I found this place online a year back for my 328xi. The car had only 50k on the odometer and was an 07'. Nonetheless, the back window actuator had went out and Eric Francis was straight forward and honest. Having what I call a common sense I am able to feel people out and never once felt I was being taken for a ride given the delicate electronics inside the door panels.Now I am here for my 2010 X5. The 328xi had a horrific tragedy, but we won't go into that. The service light came on so I called them up and once again, completely satisfied. Coming back next week to get the oil changed even though I have 1100 miles left according the the vehicle info on the computer.BMW makes a hell of a car and if you want hell of service with awesome customer satisfaction, this is the place to go. Half the cost of dealership and also does warranty work.

Very happy with their service and prices. While nothing is inexpensive on a BMW, they helped minimize the cost by only fixing what was necessary.

I have a 2006 x5, which began having trouble when the self leveling module went out. After it had been to 3 different shops, totaling over 2 months of unsuccessful diagnosis and repair attempts, I took the car to Babbitt. The staff is great! After talking to Eric and handing over the keys, my car was diagnosed and repaired just like that! During which time, Eric made sure to stay in contact with me to keep me informed of the progress. After visiting the shop, my BMW is happy, healthy and running stronger than ever! I will never bring my car to anyone else in the valley.I recommend this top quality shop to all who have maintenance needs for their imports. Professional, fast and curteous. Thank you so much guys!
