Babbitt has been servicing my 2012 328i for the past 5 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. The quality of service and honesty of staff is second to none.

I have never written a Yelp review before but have read thousands maybe Millions... LOL... Okay... A lot. I did read all the reviews I could find on Babbitt Motor Werks Scottsdale all I needed was to replace a car battery simple right even Pep Boys could do it ...NOT...my baby a 2011 328i convertible is only going to get the best and I have found it. Danny the service manager is so friendly and knowledgeable he told me all the in's and out's of a battery for my baby. BMW's need special care for sure that is why I got it. After talking to Danny I met Zach the certified BMW Master Mechanic and I have to tell you that with all my fears of leaving my baby with them I knew everything would be okay Zach told me the whole process of what is involved in a simple battery change something they call registering it to the car okay so I think it's like sending a card to the manufacturer nope Zack said he hooks up a computer to the charging system enters the new specs of the nwe battery so it knows how to charge the new battery. Pep Boys and AutoZone would have just said HUH. Anyway this is the place to go for the love of my life ...don't tell my wife I said that I like her too. It's that simple thanks to Babbitt you guys are the best

Yesterday morning, I got in my car and immediately knew something wasn't right...and about 30 seconds later, the check engine light came on, confirming those fears. I was going to take my car to the dealership (which is what I normally do), but I could tell I wasn't going to make it the 25 miles. I know that BMW's are finicky, and that not just any repair shop will do; I'm also very particular about making sure my car is well taken care of. I looked up BMW repair shops in my area, and found nothing but glowing reviews for Babbitt North Scottsdale. I called the shop, and Danny told me he could get my car in right away. Not more than four hours later, it was ready to go, with new ignition coils for a very reasonable price (which was what I suspected was wrong), and not a single, outrageous service upsell like they try to do at the dealership. My car had even been run though a quick wash, which was immensely appreciated after the storms we'd had the last week. These guys are awesome, and I would not hesitate to bring my car here again. UPDATE: I brought my car in again after the low coolant light came on. I knew I was due for a new expansion tank soon, and figured that was the problem, but these guys checked everything out and said that I didn't actually have any leaks at all, and that there was no need to perform service if I didn't want to. I did end up having the tank replaced, because I knew I was on borrowed time with it anyway, but I am appreciative of the honesty of this shop!

Have taken my car to Babbitt for the past few years and have been very impressed. Danny, Zach and the others are very fair, friendly, knowledgeable and transparent about what needs to be done and have kept my car running right.

I’ve brought my car into Babbitt on a few occasions now and have been pleased each time. They are very honest about what needs to be addressed immediately and what could be delayed if necessary. In addition they are always very friendly and make sure I understand the extent of all work being performed. I strongly recommend this shop!

Phenomenal customer service! Expert ability to quickly diagnose and fix any problem. There is no other place this side of Europe to get my BMW serviced. Amazing! Affordable!
