I've used Babbitt twice this year as my 2017 BWM 440xi had JUST gone out of warranty service. I found them to be incredibly professional, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and affordable. And they are on-time with their appointments and efficient and quick, too! What a pleasant experience that was so much better than the dealer where they try to nickel and dime you for hundreds more.

I am from California, and requested Proper Performance Motors to do a PPI before purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. After Proper Performance got in contact with Babbit Motor Werks , they got the PPI done in less than 2 hours! Even on their busy schedule, they were super fast, and easy to talk to. Nate and Danny were awsome and complelty transparent about what they found and didn’t find the BMW. Definitley would go to them for affordable and honest prices!

Customer service was knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. Pricing is low relative to the cost of maintenance and service at a BMW dealer. The work was completed within 1 day as promised.

I have a Bmw 328i and recently a bmw 659 .. both convertibles .. I have been using babbit for general maintenance for over five years now .. their service is always good and just as important to me — always on time .. pricing versus having my car serviced at the local BMW dealership is very good .. they are customer friendly .. and most impatiently, as mentioned, they are always on time .. little waiting time if you have an appointment .. Danny, at the front desk is very good at explaining in layman’s teens what is going on .. just a very well run business imo
