Jen, and Danny in the front office, and the tech who worked on my car were simply outstanding. I apologize for not knowing the technician’s name. The technician’s too often don’t get the credit they deserve. If you have a Mini Cooper and you need “whatever” you absolutely owe it to yourself to give Babbitt a chance. You won’t be disappointed. Pricing is outstanding compared to a dealer and their technicians have all of the required certificates. I picked up my car after hours and it took me a couple try’s to figure out my driving lights but I couldn’t be more pleased.

I brought my mini in because of a check engine light. Danny had his technician check my car and gave me a few things that were wrong it. He didn’t sugar coat it and told me I needed a thermostat and it could be worse. I had them replace the thermostat and now my car has no check engine light and running great!

Incredibly professional but laid back experience. These guys do dealership quality work at a very reasonable price. Fast turnaround time and everything, including the estimate, was as good or better than described. Highly recommend.

The north Scottsdale location is the best! The owner, Jen and Manager, Danny, both make our visits enjoyable because of their friendly spirit. The mechanics are very efficient and trustworthy and make me feel like they care about me and always ensure that I am safe on the roads when I leave. Knowing that the owner really cares and has great integrity in her shop and expertise makes Babbit Motor Werks my only choice when it comes to repairs and maintenance on my BMW.
