I started going to Babbitt with my old BMW about 10 years ago. They’ve always gone above and beyond and now that my “newer” car is out of warranty I’ll be doing all of my repairs at Babbitt. They have a great deal on loaner cars at Hertz next door so it very convenient. Love these guys and trust them!!

I enjoy going into the Hayden location. They know who you are by your second visit and call you by name which is highly unusual. They are very customer service oriented and professional. I am extremely impressed.

I’ve been bringing my 328i here since 2015 and have always had the best experience possible. This week I needed a new fuel pump and fuel module, ugh. When I picked it up yesterday and drove it, it brought tears to my eyes. She felt fast and smooth...i didn’t realize the performance had been lagging so much before. She’s like a kitten again. I am grateful for whatever the Babbitt geniuses did. She’s a pleasure to drive again. (As you can tell I love my car).

Babbitt has been servicing my 2012 328i for the past 5 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. The quality of service and honesty of staff is second to none. --Update 6/10 - I wanted to leave another review but it would only let me edit my previous review. My "baby" needed a few repairs and once again I couldn't be happier with the service. Amazing.

Best shop in town, absolute must for any BMW owner. Been a customer for ten years and three different BMWs. Refuse to take my car anywhere but a Babbitt shop. Thanks, guys!
