Online scheduling of appointment was easy and when I dropped off my wife’s BMW 325CI, Service Manager Danny Flynn was there to confirm services requested and other items they would be including in the overall vehicle check. Before any work was performed, Danny called me to describe items requiring maintenance and the exact price (out the door). All work performed (oil change, replace rear struts, and new battery) ahead of schedule, vehicle cleaned (interior & exterior), and Danny & Tech were there when I picked up the vehicle to explain the items repaired and to answer any questions. Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place I will bring our BMW’s in for servicing because of the professional customer service, honesty, and quality of work performed. Thanks Danny and the entire team for taking good care of our BMW’s.

Dan at the hidden Road shop was very helpful. They did a good evaluation of the issues with my car, made some recommendations is what should be done, And worked with me to do what I needed to get out of the car. Would recommend their services.

This was a wonderful experience with them while getting a tuneup on my Bmw 328 xi..Danny helped me get an account with DMV so that we could print a new temporary license plate which got destroyed in the car wash.. He also gave me recommendations on preventing car damage by replacing spark plugs etc... I will use this outfit from now on!!!
