Had my i3 in for a 12v battery swap. The crew at Babbitt got it turned around in just a few hours. I missed the appointment because the car didn't start one last time before the battery swap, but they were understanding and helpful despite that. The dealer estimate was almost 2x for the same service. I'm glad to have a new partner for my BMW maintenance needs. And thanks for the car wash!

I heard wonderful things about this place before coming here and I will never take my car anywhere else. I had an oil change for my x5 and it was seriously more than half the price of a normal place and they allowed me to keep my car there for four extra days because I wasn’t able to pick it up due to work with no problem at all. I appreciate them so much.

Great work on my Mini Cooper. honest and didn’t try to upsell the service. Did make recommendations but nothing over the top. Definitely will take my Mini back
