Babbitt Motor Werks was recommended to me thru the Nextdoor app. I was looking for a reputable/good BMW garage other than a dealership. Basically did an emergency drop off for my car and they were able to get it fixed the next day. AMAZING customer service , AMAZING mechanical work and the prices are FANTASTIC!!! I will not be heading anywhere else , my car will always be serviced by them in the future. This place is AMAZING!!!!!!

My first visit to Babbitt’s (after being ripped off by BMW too many times!) and I couldn’t have been happier. From Danny, who made my appointment and greeted me upon my arrival, to the mechanics who worked on my car, everyone was great. It’s sooo rare to find an auto mechanic you can trust but these are your guys. I really felt a sense of confidence in their knowledge and abilities and, in no way, felt taken advantage of. Babbitt Motor Werks is the ideal place for BMW owners and enthusiasts who want top class work. I went to them for an emissions diagnostic and they made me aware of an issue that would have most likely stranded me on the side of the road later that day. They got me in the next day, did great work, and their prices are definitely reasonable. I am selling that ride (2008 E60 550 Sport package 6-speed) and they even posted my ad and pics on their Instagram!

The mechanic is professional in solving the problems and the work was done efficiently, and the customer representative are also very helpful and welcoming. Overall very good experience.

Nathan and Danny at Babbit Motor Werks in Scottsdale are both amazing to work with. I had an issue with my Mini Cooper that was not so easy of a fix, but Nathan refused to give up and solved the problem. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their BMW or Mini products.
