I had a 2023 X5 with a coolant leak. Danny was awesome to work with. I’ll never go to the BMW dealer again. BMW uses a lot of OEM plastic parts on their cars that break in AZ heat. The dealer would have charged more than double what Babbitt charged. Drop off/pick up was easier than the dealer. I can’t recommend this place enough. Honest, reasonable, quality.

Without going into the details of the last BMW service place I used, I was fortunate enough to find my way to Babbitt Motor Werks. Danny, the service manager (North Scottsdale location), has personality plus. Excellent customer service, professional, honest, and the repairs were actually completed, including correcting the subpar work from my previous BMW service provider. Techs know what they are doing – thank you. A new customer and here to stay.
