Fantastic customer service! I was pleased to find a reputable repair shop for my 2016 Cooper. I tend to keep my cars for many years, and now I can thanks to Babbitt. I needed all 4 struts and shocks, and they were able to get it done despite some serious logistical challenges from Mini Parts. The car drives like new, and I will definitely be returning for any other service I need.

I visited Babbitts North Scottsdale shop last week. Danny and his Team quickly confirmed the work needed on my older 3 series BMW. The work was performed the same day for about 60% of the amount quoted by 2 dealers. I was referred to Babbitt through a recommendation by one of the local tire shops and am really glad I took that recommendation. Ill certainly use Babbitt for any future service needed on my car.
