I was first time customer this week and could not be more pleased with the service! Danny was great in communicating what the issues were as well as explaining them and the Babbit crew has my BMW back driving great! I will never get serviced at a dealership again. These guys know there stuff and are honest and forthright.

Excellent service, I've had a pre inspection service completed and was very detailed, I normally use their Scottsdale Location, I did visit the Tempe location for an alignment after purchasing new tires and it was a flawless / painless visit. Just recently the battery finally died on me (they did warn me at time of inspection it was on it's last leg), they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with a new battery, programmed and ready to go. I referred a friend to them who had bad experiences with other independent shops and he was very pleased with the service and plans to keep them as his main service facility for his 540i. I will not take my BMW's anywhere else.

After several years of trusting the Babbitt team, I am once again pleased with everything they do. Danny is very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects. The tech team takes the time to answer any questions you may have. A great value and a good experience! Much better than having to deal with the pushy dealers!

The time to set up an appointment was quick and easy. It fit my schedule and the work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to us. The price for the service was very reasonable and fair. I will use Babbitt again. I recommend them highly.

Great Independent BMW service center. I was tired of the constant "this or that needs to be fixed " from BMW of North Scottsdale along with their outrageous prices. Babbit was friendly and efficient. Will definitely bring my X5 back for future service.
