Babbitt has been very professional each time I have taken my car in for repairs. They are an honest and knowledgeable crew who will be transparent with what they are doing. Cameron showed me the part that needed fixed and what was wrong with it. I didn’t just have to take their word for it. Additionally, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than the BMW dealership. Paying for car repairs sucks no matter what but at least I have piece of mind knowing I got the best possible price. I’ll 100% go back to Babbitt in the future but hopefully not too soon!

I took my BMW 5 series in July 2018 to have spark plugs replaced by this garage. There was a very slim lady (dark hair) who was at reception and she had a small dog on her lap and attended to me after a rather long wait. This lady treated me so rudely that I vowed I will never go back there again. She even wanted to replace the coolant expansion tank that was in good working order. The lady was so rude and told me that she is the owner of the company and did not care what I thought. After having visited a different BMW shop, I felt I needed to write a comment on my experience so that other people can take note and be aware of this place. If she indeed is the owner, I really wonder how she conducts and manages such a business and remains viable?

I’ve been relying on Babbitt Motor Werks to keep my BMWs healthy and on the road for over 8 years. Knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced, they nearly always exceed my expectations. If you’re looking for an alternative to the dealer or other independent shop, you need to at least give these guys a try.
