These guys surpass my expectations every time I come in. I've had some traumatic experiences with places ripping me off in Arizona and I am skeptical of everyone. But I can't say enough great things about how the guys here do business. They let you know where you can save money, tell you honestly what needs to be done now and what can wait for later. I've used Babbitt when they had a location in Mesa and gave them a 5 star review when I used that location. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to the Tempe location, the Office Manager Brad gave me an even better customer experience. We had a little debacle with my insurance company, totally on my insurance company, but Brad was so patient and helpful. He made multiple calls and did a great job of keeping me informed, knowing I wanted to get my front headlight fixed before leaving town over the weekend. He truly went above and beyond, as I was in meetings for 3 days, so he left messages and texted as I had asked... and all along with a great attitude - his customer service was amazing, something very hard to find these days in the service industry. The end result was a fairly fast turn around on the replacement that looked great. I think Babbitt either has exceptional customer service training, or just hires amazing people with great customer service skills, either way I highly recommend them!

Diagnosis was accomplished within 30 mins of X5 being dropped off. Service was completed on time as promised and the cost for services was extremely better than the dealer. Brad was very prompt in his communications, and very clear on setting customer expectations. I also own a 328i which I will use Babbitt for in the future.
