Personalized, fair price and quality service

I‘ve been taking my cars to the South Scottsdale location since 2013. They are consistent and have never let me down. Their prices are much cheaper than the dealers, and the work is superior. They do a great job of explaining everything, and with only doing what needs to be done at the time. I’ve dealt with Cameron or Jen for the past several years, and they are both great to deal with. Only positives to say about this company. Just wish they’d open a location in East Mesa or Gilbert.

Babbit is my BMW X5’s new Primary care doctor. I’ve found with bmw it’s either go to the dealer & pay outrageous prices or roll the dice. Babbit was as thorough (if not more) than the dealer & I will be using them as my primary auto shop. Loved the results, thank you Jen, Jeff & Cameron!

I've been using Babbitt as my go to mechanics since 2016. They have always treated me fairly and honestly. If you have a BMW I highly recommend you use Babbitt!

My experience was great. Jen was really the only contact I had but she followed up and went above and beyond to make my service a great experience. I live in Buckeye and Babbitt determined I needed new tires, Babbitt made a good recommendation of a local tire shop, actually drove my 2004 M3 to the tire place, coordinated my car service with the installation of new tires. It would have taken hours for me to go back and forth to move the car from shop to shop.

I have taken my 325i to Babbitt for 16 years. It still runs like new! They are always honest and do a great job with maintenance and repairs. Couldn’t say enough good things about them.

Have always had a great experience at the shop. Brad is great with customers and works to help them out with good advice or sourcing different items. I have referred numerous people to the Tempe shop and will continue to do so. Actually referred some after leaving the shop yesterday.

Babbitt Motor Werks is the best BMW mechanic in the area. They have great prices and the mechanics there are superior to the competitors around. Jen is an amazing owner and runs the place great!
