If you own a BMW and don’t want to pay dealership prices, this shop is a must. They are professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Initial repair didn’t fully fix the problem, but that’s expected when dealing with multiple component systems. They kept me updated at each step of the way and explained what they had to do. End result? My car is fixed! Three other shops didn’t or couldn’t fix the issue over 8 months. These guys made sure the problem was found and fixed. Speak with Kameron. He will square you away. This is the second time i have used Babbit for my Bmw428i. They provide a good service, they seem to know what they are doing and they are friendly enough. Also most importantly they are reasonably priced compared to the insane pricing at BMW.

Brad and crew were ABSOLUTELY awesome to work with. I have an older (2011) 5 series and the years are getting to her but she’s a BMW she has at least 10 more happy years in her - Brad schedules her foe the presenting issues and provided a list of “need to...” in the order of importance.
