They have been fantastic and upfront both times we have had to take our bmw x5 in. Had originally taken our vehicle to a dealership and they were trying to say we needed a new engine. Well that was not the case and we didn't need a new engine. My car runs fantastic. Thank you so much. Will be using again.

Babbitt is hands down the best mechanic I've ever used. I wouldn't go to anybody else in town. They have the most knowledgeable mechanics, and their customer service is nothing short of amazing! I was involved in a car accident and the first adjuster was unable to adequately diagnose the repairs. Babbitt was able to confirm the damages caused by the accident and helped me tremendously with processing my claim to my insurance company. I wouldn't have been able to get the situation resolved without them. You won't find that level of customer service anywhere else.... they treat you like family. Jen is the best!!! Thanks Babbitt!!!
