Very attentive when requesting an appt, got me in right away and staff were was very personable and helpful with any questions I had.

they are the best and know about BMW, i recently had a problem called them up and they said they had a window. Great service all around

Last week, my iDrive stated that my car may have a possible oil leak. Went to the dealership to get a diagnostic, and sure enough, a part underneath my car needed replacement to stop the oil leak. I was referred to Babbitt Motor Werks through a friend from a local BMW car club and so happy that I found this shop! Called the shop to get a quote and was happily assisted by Kameron, the Service Manager. He was very professional and transparent in pricing, which was substantially lower than what the dealership quoted me. Brought my car into the shop and Kameron was helpful in letting me know what needed to get fixed. They were able to complete the repairs quickly for a much more reasonable price. Highly recommend bringing your BMW to this shop for any and all mechanical needs. Jen and Kameron are honest and extremely knowledgeable that value their relationships with their customers. They cater to not only your car's needs, but also their clients. Definitely bringing my car here for service moving forward! 5 stars across the board! Thank you so much!

Excellent as always. Organized, polite, clean, and on time. Thank you

I had two previous BMW’s and taken them to this place. They know there stuff and feel comfortable with them.

Seems honest and great repair work with reasonable repair cost.

Best Bimmer service of them all. I really appreciate their thoroughness and accuracy. These are my go to guys.

I’ve been servicing my E46 here for a couple years. Amazing folks!

I came here to change my rear brakes on my 2017 440i and I was extremely impressed by how quick it was. Kameron was extremely nice and was generous enough to give me a discount. It was quick and everything works well! I totally recommend these guys.
