I bought a 2001 X5 at auction sight unseen. It looked good and I thought "how bad can it be"? Well, thanks to the through, logical examination by the great people at Babbitt, I knew exactly the depth of my folly. They gave me some leads and we were able to find a great new home for what would have been a nightmare for me but a wonderful project for an aficionado!

Jennifer the owner could not have been more accommodating and reassuring when she squeezed me in when I called because my oil light came on right before I was starting to road trip home to CA. I felt like Jennifer had my back and I had only just met her by finding her on a whim on Google. The office was chill and clean. The background music was soothing. It was an entirely different experience from going to other mechanics and the dealer! They also washed my car and alerted me with a printout about 2 recalls I was eligible for. I highly recommend Babbitt motor works if you want the best overall care, expert mechanics, service and great prices! 🌟

Jenn the owner was super helpful when I called her about repairs quoted to me by another service provider. They were able to provide great service and were upfront about what was really needed and what wasn't. On top of this, they were far more reasonable on the cost. They have won my business.

Jennifer is kind. The Mechanic guy is patience and honest too. so far It is a place that I can visit again. A little far though.
