Jennifer from the get go provided me with outstanding customer service. Being an out of state buyer (CA), I needed some independent yet professional analysis on a BMW Z3 I was interested in. After the PPI, the inspection results showed that the car needed almost $4k in repairs despite it's pristine condition. After that, I asked them to give me some estimates for repairs on other cars I was checking and Jennifer got back to me immediately with very reasonable labor and parts costs. I recommend them!!

My car was overheating and they quickly took my car in one afternoon and had it ready late the next morning (they had to order a new water pump), including doing a scheduled service which I was due. Plus, they washed the car!

I drove from San Diego to Phoenix to attend some Spring Training games. Less than half a mile from the Phoenix hotel my BMW X3 stopped running. Luckily I was off the freeway on a frontage road. Looked up BMW repair places and found Babbitt had very good reviews. So I got it towed there. A year ago I had the engine rebuilt in San Diego and was afraid I had blown a valve. Kameron at Babbitt said they were booked but he would try to look at it. Within a few hours Jennifer Babbitt called to say the problem was the fuel pump and fuel pressure sensor. I was totally relieved. They even fully repaired my SUV the same day. I also got an oil change and alignment, both were due. The overall bill was actually less than I expected. They even washed the car and filled the gas tank. I was very impressed.
