When I take my car here I feel confident they will do a good job and they are honest, not doing things that are unnecessary. I really appreciate their service.

The service and customer service was excellent. Brad Sternke was upfront with a detailed estimate and provided me with sufficient detail of each service item that might be required before making the decision to bring my 640i in for servicing. On the day of service Brad called me multiple times; the first call was to confirm the required service items and cost per item, the second was to give me an estimated pickup time, and the last call was to give me a definitive pickup time. I was pleased to see that my vehicle was washed, clean, and all service items were completed to my satisfaction. Thanks to Babbitt Motor Werks for great workmanship and customer service. I will return in the future.

Always professional, friendly and honest service from Babbitt. I have trusted this team with my 2006 325i since the warrantee expired and really pleased with the results. Brad and the rest of the team are great about communicating what is happening with the car, the recommended service plan, and what could be done but not needed. When I sell my 325i I will miss working with them.

My white 1987 BMW 325is is my baby. I'm the original owner, I picked her up in Munich in 1987, and am the proverbial little old lady who drives her only to church on Sunday. I rarely hit church, but Safeway is a safe bet. Babbitt treats her (her name is Blanche) like the lovely dowager she is, and has done many hours of work on her. I am completely happy with the way she, and I, are treated, and with Babbitt's attitude toward her.

These guys do great work. I bring my car down from Flagstaff, AZ because I trust their work above anyone else’s. They are honest, friendly, and fair. They recently quoted me for a job on my mini that ended up being more labor and should have cost more but they honored the original quote. Brad, the service guy at the front desk, is the best at customer service. I would recommend them over any other car mechanic in Arizona.

Excellent advice from Brad, he is great employee to work with customers. He is knowlegeable of the repair and very easy to discuss the car issues. My son's car is stuck in garage for days but even during Thanksgiving week, BRad accommodated the repair. This is service beyond expectations! Wonderful BMW focus service.

Babbitt Motor Werks provides great service, honest repair assessments and awesome customer service!!. Prior to moving back to Phoenix, I was told I needed my brakes replaced. I called around and got a few other quotes in Dallas, which were all very expensive. Since I was moving back to Phoenix the first of the year, I decided to get a quote from that area. I decided on Babbitt Motor Werks after reading favorable reviews and getting a better quote. So glad I waited. It turns out, the brakes did not need replacing. However, I was told my Freon was low; something I totally forgot to tell Cameron since I moved in January and the AC blowing hot air the previous summer was the last thing I was thinking about at that time. I was grateful they discovered the issue. Cameron not only saved me money on an unnecessary brake service but due to them totally checking out the vehicle, fixed the AC before the AZ summer heat. Almost one year later, my brakes finally needed to be replaced. I called Babbit Motor Werks and was able to get an appointment the next day (one day before Thanksgiving). So far the brakes are working just fine. What other automotive shop would risk foregoing making a quick buck for business they may never get back in the future? I dont' know any others. That's what you get with Babbitt. I did use them throughout the year for oil changes and quick inspections for things I noticed that didn't feel right. They also kept an eye out on the brakes and told me when it was time for them to be replaced. I highly recommend these guys to anyone interested in an honest assessment of repairs and saving money from other mechanics. It amazes me how many people in the service industry that just don't get it. Not these guys. Keep up the great work!!!!
