These guys are always great, fit me in @ 8:30am on a Monday and were out with a new battery and registration to the BMW computer in less than 1 hour! :)

Superior service. Far less expensive than dealer rates. Why any BMW owner would ever take their car anywhere else is beyond me. And Brad is simply the best.

The guys at Babbit are just great. I have had them work on both my old 318ic and my current E39 '99 528i. These guys do exceptional work, are always professional, and keep me appraised of any issues. I give them the highest recommendation for service and professionalism.

Babbitt Motor Werks has always treated me well. I have had a couple of BMW's that Babbitt has worked on and they always do the job right and at a fair price. They are knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 2nd time bringing my 2007 335i into Babbit. I've really been impressed with the work so far. This time my water pump died and I had to get towed to Babbit. The owners manual described the indicator light as a "transmission temperature warning". When I brought the car in Brad noted that they commonly see this as a manifestation of water pump going out. Later I got a call from Brad confirming the diagnosis and an email with detailed estimate. He also noted, that during their diagnosis, several of my radiator hoses and overflow tank were aged and brittle. Being skeptical, I asked Brad for photos of the equipment and sure enough they didn't look long for this world, he texted the photos within 5 minutes along with detailed estimate. The job was done on time and on budget.... good to find such transparency and communication in a BMW repair shop!! - Steve

I can't say I enjoy taking my car to the shop because that usually means I'm spending money but I will say the service and quality of work I get from Babbit Motors each and every time makes it bearable.
