This shop is professional, timely, and reasonably priced for the outstanding service they provide. I live 150 miles away and I still take my car to this shop because I believe they are the best. I would not take my mini cooper anywhere else.

I was a bit frustrated as this was the 3rd time taking my car in for the same issue. They warrantied the service, however found some additional items that also needed to be addressed. Because I had to keep bringing my car back for the same issue, they fixed the additional items at no cost! I was very impressed and happy! Everything is working great! Thank you Babbitt Motor Werks!

I just took two of my BMWs to Babbit Motor Werks for the first time, and it was a really great experience. The level of communication between the shop and the customer, even before you bring in your car, is like nothing that I have experienced before. You actually feel as though you are involved in the service process, as opposed to being a victim of your own automobile's problem. When you hear the prices, you don't feel as though you probably should have just traded in the car. People always say, "I wish I had a place that I trust to service my cars." I feel that way now after my first experience with Babbitt Motor Werks.
