I was an out of state potential buyer of an e46 M3 in the Phoenix area. Before flying out to see the car myself, I wanted an experienced independent BMW shop to inspect it. I reached out to BabbitMotorWerks in Scottsdale and worked with Cameron, the service manager, to perform a PPI (pre-purchase inspection). I've had multiple PPI's done in the past for previous car purchases. The experience I have with Cameron and BabbitMotorWerks is the best I've had thus far. Every time I called, Cameron answered, remembered who I was and was extremely customer focused. Being very mechanically inclined myself, I was exceptionally happy with the level of detail at which the car was inspected. Knowing how thorough the inspection was provided me the comfort I needed to know the exact condition of the car and negotiate a fair price. Upon flying to AZ to complete the transaction, I was very happy to see the car in the exact condition I expected. As I was using a auto transport company to transport the car to NY, Cameron and BabbitMotorWerks were gracious enough to offer to store the car for me from the time I completed the transaction and to when the truck came for pick-up. The level of communication and customer service I received from Cameron throughout the entire process was second to none. I would eagerly recommend Cameron and BabbitMotorWerks to anybody in the area or to anybody remote looking for PPI work.

We own 2 BMW’s and no one, and I absolutely mean, NO ONE will ever touch our BMW’s except the employees at Babbitt Motor Werks. I’m a retired Army Ranger and I only expect the very best. Luckily, for my family and I, we have found the very best place for all work, repairs, and maintenance on our BMW’s. I only wished they repaired all vehicles, appliances, etc. If you expect excellence, integrity, superior work, courtesy, honesty, beyond expert knowledge, and absolutely fair pricing, then there’s only 1 place to go for your BMW and Mini repairs, maintenance, and service.

Purchased a 17 year old BMW Z3 as a gift for my wife. The car came with no history. Babbitt took complete responsibility for going over the car top to bottom. Their communication with me was beyond anything I have ever experienced with mechanics. They sent detailed invoices and work plans with cost estimates and descriptions before they billed me for anything. They only did the work I approved and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. The owners are often on location and are genuine people who want nothing more than to do the best job they can. I wish they had shops for non-BMW cars as well.
