I took my F30 in for an oil change and brake fluid flush and waited for it in the lobby. They were ready to work on it at the appointment time and worked quickly and cleanly. Looking the work over at home I have no reason to doubt the work wasn't completed correctly and I noticed they even fixed my sagging under body panel without even bringing it up. I even had the parts diagram in my pocket ready to discuss the panel issue. I will be back.

Yesterday was my first visit to Babbitt. I was very satisfied with the service, time required, pricing and friendly customer service from Kameron in N. Tempe.

All I can say is please go to Babbitt Motor Werks for all your BMW needs once it’s out of warranty. I purchased a 2011 Used 328i almost three years ago. I have never regretted my decision to have them inspect and provide cost conscious quality service on my vehicle. Cameron is a total asset to this company as he is the first person you’ll typically meet upon a call or appointment. Cameron is extremely honest, professional and courteous. I have to also give a big shoutout to the mechanics! Without these guys I wouldn’t have a long lasting vehicle. After each service appointment they return my vehicle fully washed. Honesty, Integrity, Cost Conscious and Value should be apart of Babbitt Motor Werks Mission Statement!!!!

Fair prices and fast service. I brought in my vehicle at over 90,000 miles and got by with an oil change and a drive belt replacement. All of which was done in under 2 hours.

Great experience. I went in for a check engine light and they had it done within a few hours for cheap. On top of that, I super appreciate them washing my car and it's a wonderful service to give your customers. Brad seems like a very knowledgeable and genuine dude, he's given me a ton of info and overall made my experience learning about BMWs better. I would 100% recommend anyone who owns a bimmer and needs work done to go to Babbitt. I'll probably see myself in there again at some point to get my AC working 👍

I appreciated the honest diagnosis on my 535i. I went ahead and repaired my vehicle there and it was completed expeditiously and with no further problems. I was amazed at the 2-year parts warranty, too! I highly recommend them for your BMW repairs as they are less expensive than the dealership, which I do have repair quotes from as well.
