I have been a Babbitt customer for over 10 years. Brad does a fantastic job!!!!!!!! I always know I am receiving great service at a fair price. You should give Babbitt a try as I am confident you will see the difference from other service centers.

My car had a whole list of issues that needed to be replaced, N54 problems... I was a little bit sketched out going to a new shop I have never been to before in the beginning. Brad at the front counter was amazing, helpful and had a great sense of humor! I had to take my car in twice for repairs in a span of a week and half, $7500+ later. The 2nd to last visit there was an issue right out of the gate, picking up my car and Babbitt with their great customer service checked the vehicle and fixed the issue free of charge. I highly recommend Babbitt to work on your BMW. Great customer service, proper and quality work, a two year warranty on any part replaced. Go to Babbitt, that’s all I have to say!

Very professional and informative. It was easy to make an appointment and my repair (battery replacement for a 2014 428i) was done quickly. I am very particular with most things, particulaly my car, and felt comfortable having Babbitt perform the work. If need be, I would take my car here again.
